If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa or any other reason, you have to send a copy of your passport to the secretariat (reg@icdmfr.org) after complete registration with full payment. In case that you don’t send the copy of your passport, the secretariat will prepare the notarized invitation letter based on your sign-up information and will not be responsible for any error caused by the information.
USD 50 will be charged for the notary service and air courier (EMS). Letters will be sent by airmail within a week after confirmation of your full payment.
